We partnered up with our favorite folks over at The Soho House NY to introduce another incredible artist to the masses. Austin-bread guitar slinging soulman GARY CLARK JR. will be making his NYC debut with Humbleriot and performing songs from his EP “Bright Lights”. BIG UP to the good folks are Warner Bros Records for letting us introduce Gary to the city.

QUADRON rocked the spot at their soldout show at Dominion NY on Thursday night. It was a great reminder that “Hurricane Coco” is nothing to mess with! Late nights in the studio working on RED HOT + FELA with my co-conspirators Paul Heck and Ommas Keith. Tonight we had the chance to vibe out with Fela’s long time manager Rikki Stein. We had the honor of bringing GIVERS to rock at the Soho House last night and I seriously have NO WORDS. They are one of the best live bands I have ever seen. Their music is a hodgepodge of indie rock, ska, folk, funk, with twinges of West African rhythms throughout their songs. Watching their show is seriously a journey.
